It is a large square room lined with two rows of choir stalls in walnut from the 17th century. Altar carried out in 1671 by Vincenzo della Greca, located at the front of the space as a reflection of the altar of the "Church outside". The altarpiece is a copy from 1893 of the Madonna di San Luca which was previously above the high altar, and is now at Monastero del Rosario on Monte Mario.
