The sculpture group over the altar, which then was carved in marble by one of Bernini's pupils, Antonio Raggi, in 1649. Group title is Noli me tangere and depicts the moment when Jesus after the resurrection says to Mary Magdalene, "Do not touch me" (John: 20,17).
