Sant'Agnese in Agone

The four ribbed Composite columns in verde antico are said to come from the demolished triumphal arch of Marcus Aurelius on the Corso. The columns support an entablature with the frieze in the same stone, and above is a split and involuted pediment into which is inserted a device containing a Dove in Glory.
